Allen Training Centers (ATC) provides business owners, executives and other managers with the practical knowledge and coaching to be higher-level achievers delivering greater results and having greater impact on their organizations.
ATC does this by providing three different management development training programs, and executive coaching. ATC’s management development training programs, High Impact Manager, AlignUp and Results Driven Sales Management, are based on real world knowledge and methods, which have been used since 1990 to help those who have gone through the ATC training, around the world, create greater revenue/turnover and profits for their organizations.
Our blended learning training provides what we like to call … Real World Knowledge Applied, because every topic is concluded with an action plan for implementing specific knowledge areas covered by that topic. Our training combines self-paced online with live face-to-face facilitated training focused on applying what is learned online either in person environment or virtually.
Our High Impact Manager Executive Coaching uses proprietary protocols, techniques and tools to help executives and other managers who are positioned to make a significant impact on the success of the organization. The High Impact Executive Coach helps executives and other managers identify short term goals, objectives, their priorities and makes them accountable for achieving them. The coach helps them generate new ways of thinking and solving of tactical problems.

ATC’s tools and processes are easily customized for use by managers in organizations of all sizes in every field. Unique to ATC is that both of our training programs are delivered using a blended learning system approach. Both programs involve online learning followed up with monthly facilitated in-person training focused on applying and implementing the material learned online in order to bring about monthly focus on reaching the highest level of implementation.
During classroom training, managers learn skills and strategies for solving day-to-day and long-term challenges. Participants learn how to “PAVE Their Way to Success” using their passions and strengths while neutralizing their weaknesses.
ATC licensed trainers provide classroom training to executives and other managers in one of two ways:
- Classroom training for managers from different organizations (mixed class), or
- “In-house” classroom training that is limited to executives and other managers of a particular organization. These training sessions are provided at the locations of the organization clients.
Our training programs are provided through blended learning that combine online training with face-to-face training, which can be delivered in person or virtually.
