ATC Management Development Training Programs and Executive Coaching
ATC offers three Management Development Training Programs as well as Executive Coaching. ATC’s management development training programs, High Impact Manager Training, AlignUp Training and Results Driven Sales Management Training, are based on real world knowledge and methods, which have been used since 1990 to help those who have gone through the ATC training, around the world, create greater revenue/turnover and profits for their organizations.
Our blended learning includes self-paced online training with virtual face-to-face training. ATC provides Real World Knowledge Applied, because every topic is concluded with an action plan for implementing specific knowledge areas covered by that topic.
Our High Impact Manager Executive Coaching uses proprietary protocols, techniques, and tools to help executives and other managers make a more significant impact on the success of their organization. The High Impact Executive Coaches help to identify short term goals, objectives, their priorities and makes them accountable for achieving them. The coaches help generate new ways of thinking and solving of tactical problems and long term objectives.
ATC Management Development Clubs
ATC Management Development Clubs help executives and other managers conquer challenges and seize new opportunities. We currently offer five types of Clubs and are certain that at least one will help you operate with higher impact at your organization. The Clubs include:
- The Direct Report Club for Managers who report directly to the Key Decision Maker (KDM) in a Company
- The Family Member Manager Club for Managers who are related to the KDM in a Company
- The Results Driven Sales Management Club for Managers to whom sales staff employees report
- The High Impact Managers Club for Managers who do not report directly to the KDM
- The Young Managers Club for Managers who are 40 years of age or younger
